Partnering with Lithko Contracting and North American Properties, we constructed multi-tiered parking garage and building pad on a hillside sitting above downtown Cincinnati. This project required a mass excavation and haul off of 50,000cy of soil and intricate temporary OSHA safe excavations and backfill to allow for the multi-tiered structure. Through our creative means and methods, we afforded the owner a significant savings to the overall budget that expedited financing and project start.
