This 21,000 SF facility will bring a warm, modern, and community-focused space to life. With mass timber construction, dedicated areas for all ages, and thoughtful integration into the natural landscape, this project is designed to meet the needs of the community now and into the future. In partnership with HGC Construction and Butler County, we redeveloped an existing farm field and wooded area into parking lots and a 5-tiered building pad requiring creative coordination with the structural concrete contractor to limit over excavation and backfill for the foundation walls and slabs.
