This on-going multi phased mixed use development included the removal of two existing auto dealerships and an existing highway loop road to allow for the integration of a new street grid and multiple buildings with offices, retail, hotel, & apartments. Our work here consisted of 65,000cy of earthwork, rock excavation, 13,000lf of underground utilities with some over 30′ deep, concrete pavement, curbs, asphalt, pavers, landscaping, a fountain for a pocket park.
