This 24,000-square-foot addition and renovation includes a multi-specialty medical office space and a 20,000-square-foot below grade parking garage. There was over 40,000 cubic yards of soil removed to allow for the new parking garage to be constructed. Our work included mass excavation and haul off of soils, temporary soldier pile and lagging shoring, storm, sanitary, water and a 60″ corrugated metal & 48″ steel reinforced DUROMAX detention system below the garage slab.
