MEET THE TEAM
Matthew D. Gramza, P.E., F.ASCE, BC.WRE, CFM, CPESC
Matt Gramza is a Board-Certified Water Resources Engineer, Certified Floodplain Manager, and Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control with more than 30 years of experience specializing in hydrology and hydraulics, dam safety, and stream restoration. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and is a licensed Professional Engineer in six states. Mr. Gramza currently serves as Director of Engineering for Bray Construction Services, Inc. His project portfolio includes dam safety assessments, rehabilitation and new dam design, hydrology and hydraulic studies, dam breach analysis, emergency action planning, and stream and wetland restoration projects across both public and private sectors.
